I will schedule a call with you to discuss options such as materials, colors, shapes & prices.

After a 50% deposit is received, I’ll mail out a conformatuer to get your exact measurements. Once the conformatuer is returned, my shop assistant (husband and all things tech extraordinaire) will build a hat block to match your head shape.

I’ll begin blocking the crown and video the process from start to finish so you can see the progress.

Start to finish the custom hat process takes 8-10 weeks depending on felt availability.
